When we decided to get a Wardle Spa we wanted one with a seat that had support on both sides and we were advised to get one with a captain seat as my husband is confined to a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Delivery was very soon and I was told how to look after the hot tub in much detail. If I was not sure of anything I only had to phone and was helped right away. The after sales service is second to none and when I need to collect more tabs etc you are always remembered and treated as a friend. So very helpful I would recommend to anyone – which I have! We were looking around for a hot tub for a few months mainly at garden centres until we passed Wardle Spas in Burton Upon Trent. WOW! The quality of the spas compared to the others we had seen were outstanding and without the pressure sales jargon just a relaxed environment. The show room is always up to date with the latest of their ranges and there is always someone knowledgeable to answer your questions. We tested a tub at their show room which was great for us and to look around all the accessories they sell. We took advantage of having our decking done also and glad we did as the job is superb and like the tub was a great great price. The only problem we had was which tub to choose! The after sales are faultless; we had a home demonstration on how to treat the water and were given a starter kit which is extremely useful. We use our Spa mainly of the evenings to unwind before bed and we find that it helps us to sleep and obviously relax. We have found it easy to maintain and would recommend anyone to buy off Wardle Spas as they are second to none!
